Registration is live for the 2026 ACT/OCTAFest Convention! To get your tickets, please visit our registration portal.

The ACT/OCTAFest Convention returns June 11–13, 2026, hosted at Princeton High School. Join us for three days of workshops, performances, and celebration with theatre makers from across the region.

The weekend concludes with the ACT Cincinnati Banquet on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at Receptions Fairfield.

A block of rooms is available at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott, located at 6705 Fairfield Business Center Drive, Fairfield, OH 45014. Rooms are available for Thursday, Friday, or Saturday at a rate of $149 per night using the booking code ACT. This discounted rate is available through May 22, 2026, after which pricing may increase.​

General Information
The OCTA Southwest Regional Conference is held in June each year. This conference, hosted by ACT Cincinnati, brings together all community theaters in the southwest region for a celebration of theater featuring excerpts from one show from each group’s past season.
Depending upon the number of excerpts being presented that year, the conference can begin on a Thursday or Friday evening and continues all day Saturday.
Though an official OCTA event, ACT Cincinnati acts as host and member groups all take on a job in support of the conference.
